Dear Sir / Ma’am, We were speaking to one of the Malawian couples that we met and the lady said that she needs to have her passport renewed, but that she would need to travel to Malawi in order to have it renewed, so I said that I would contact the Malawian Consulate for them in order to make an appointment for her to have her passport renewed. Looking at the requirements I see that she will need to fill in a Passport Application form and pay the K90,000.00 to the Blantyre Head Office in Malawi, so can I ask you to please advise on the following: 1. Is it possible to make an appointment to submit the application, as Edess and her husband Hastings are based in Cape Town, and she will need to travel to Johannesburg in order to submit the application? 2. Is it possible to pay for the Passport Application via bank transfer and if so, can you please send me the Blantyre Head Offices banking details? 3. Is it possible to fill in the Passport Application in advance and if so, can you please send me a copy of the form which I will then print in colour for Edess to complete?
