My name is Aurelia Mamolea, and I am a citizen of the Republic of Moldova, currently residing in the Republic of Moldova. I am planning to travel to South Africa, specifically to Cape Town, in May 2026.
I would kindly request your assistance in informing me about the procedure for applying for a tourist visa, and whether the application can be submitted online or must be submitted in person at the diplomatic mission.
Additionally, should the application be submitted only in person, I would be grateful if you could clarify whether the passport remains with the embassy during the processing period (i.e., whether I would be required to remain in Ukraine until the passport is returned).
