We have a team of 5 people from CPT who urgently need to apply for BUSINESS “OTHER” VISAS – Photo Shoot in Marrakesh taking place on 20 October already.
Last year we couriered all our passports and the fees to PRETORIA for processing and this was no an issue. But I understand the system as you said has changed.
However, the information is outdated and incorrect on so many websites incl the embassy page and not clear on how one secures an IN PERSON VISA SLOT.
How can I book an appointment for 5 people at the embassy to attend in person next week.
Where do we book the slots – online (which website or URL), do we call and make an appointment ? This is unclear – please advise?
Secondly, am I able to book for more than one person (it is 5 colleagues all on the same project).
Thirdly, what happens if the flight was delayed in CPT flying to JHB which means the taxi would arrive late at the embassy. Will you make an exception and assist with an appointment still as obviously this is a HUGE COST and expense not planned for and we cannot have these crew spend a night waiting for the next appointment.
We also obviously cannot do a morning appointment as we still need to fly to Johannesburg and drive to Pretoria. Can we request times that work and take this into account?
I appreciate your assistance and advice on the above, as I need to book slots already for the next week.
